LAND PLANNING
There are a lot of people out there that call themselves Land Planners, but there is more to planning than some text and pretty pictures on a sheet of paper. We have found that without a civil engineering or land development background designs are often presented that look good but can’t be built and/or have no chance of gaining local agency approval. ADKAN ENGINEERS’ objective is to provide innovative, yet economical, solutions for every project. With our years of engineering background, not only do we have knowledge of designs that work, but we also have knowledge of designs that will be approved.
The Adkan Team is experienced in assisting our clients in the preparation and processing of land use applications and other permits through a multitude of jurisdictions in Southern California. We strive to provide our clients with reliable and cost effective services to maximize the return on their land investment. From feasibility analysis, conceptual layout and design work, to application processing and jurisdiction approvals, we can assist our clients with any step of the land development process.
Adkan helps to develop land to its fullest potential while striving to preserve and enhance each property’s natural features and character. All of our project managers and principal staff have years of experience from concept to final completion of projects. The Adkan Engineers team has demonstrated experience in the area of Land Planning for projects ranging from small conditional use permits to large scale specific plans. We have processed hundreds of tentative maps throughout Southern California. No project is too small or too large for our team to tackle.
